At Chic Soul, we want you to love your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for store credit. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a return.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Select your preferred return method to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email for easy printing.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, include the packing slip, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your store credit within 5-7 business days.
